NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Feast and Beyond, The Quayside Exchange, 197 High Street East, Sunderland, SR1 2AX
Notice is given that Feast and Beyond has applied to Sunderland City Council to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed variations to the Premises Licence are: Variation to Licensing plans to reflect the separate businesses operating in the building; This application seeks to amend the premises licence to cover only the basement of The Quayside Exchange, removing all references to the ground and first floors. The basement operates as an independent restaurant and bar with its own entrance, toilets, and safety systems.
The licensing register of Sunderland City Council is kept at: Sunderland City Council, Licensing Section, City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA. A record of the application may be inspected by appointment during the hours Monday to Thursday 8.30 — 5.15 and Friday 8.30 — 4.45 at the Customer Services Centre, City Hall. Representations regarding the application must be made in writing to the Council or by emailing
no later than 22 July 2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
