What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Jim & Tonic Limited has applied to Ealing Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Jim & Tonic Commercial Units B5-07 and B5-08, Ground Floor, Building 5, Oldfield Lane North, London, Greenford UB6 0AL.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:

1. Films, Live music, Recorded music (all indoors) from 11:00 until 00:00 Sunday to Wednesday and from 11:00 until 01:00 the following day on Thursday to Saturday;

2. Late Night Refreshment (indoors) from 23:00 until 00:30 Sunday to Wednesday and from 23:00 until 01:30 the following day on Thursday to Saturday;

3. The sale of alcohol (on and off the premises) from 11:00 until 00:00 Sunday to Wednesday and from 11:00 until 01:00 the following day on Thursday to Saturday;

4. Opening hours of the premises from 11:00 until 00:30 Sunday to Wednesday and from 11:00 until 01:30 the following day on Thursday to Saturday; and

5. Additional non-standard timings for Late Night Refreshment and Opening hours when British Summertime commences (where relevant).

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL or via email to licensing@ealing.gov.uk no later than 17 July 2025 stating the grounds for representation.

The licensing register of Ealing Council and the record of the above application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.ealing.gov.uk

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should a false statement be made.
