LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for Premises Licence

Twentyfour7 Stop trading as Papitos Kitchen hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Papitos Kitchen by Twentyfour7 Stop, 157 Fairfax Drive, Westcliff-on-Sea SS0 9BQ.

The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are:

Sale of Alcohol consumption ON/OFF the premises:

Mon to Wed from 10:00 to 23:00, Thur to Sat from 10:00 to 2:00, Sun from 10:00 to 23:00

Provision of Late-night Refreshment indoor only

Mon to Sun from 23:00 to 5:00 Opening Hours Mon to Sun 10:00 to 05:00

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea City Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 22nd July 2025. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea City Council, Civic Centre (Floor 13), Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk. A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays.
