Notice is given that Costa Limited has applied to BCP Council for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to: Name of Premises: Costa Coffee Drive-Thru Address: Costa Coffee Drive-Thru, Safety Drive, Poole, BH17 7FR. The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and start the 14th day of July 2025. Activities: Provision of Late-Night Refreshment Hours: 23:00 - 05:00 Days: Monday to Sunday.

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).
