NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Pho Trading Limited has applied to Cheshire West and Chester Council for a premises licence for Pho (formerly Luke 1977), 108 Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village, Kinsey Road, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire CH65 9LA as follows: Opening times 07:00 – 01:00 daily; the supply of late-night refreshment (indoors and outdoors) 23:00 – 01:00 daily; the sale of alcohol by retail (on and off sales) and regulated recorded music (inside only) 07:00 – 00:30 daily. From end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day (opening and authorised licensable activities).

A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is available for inspection at the office of The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port CH65 0BA or can be viewed online at bit.ly/CWACApplicationsUnderConsultation. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm, except bank holidays. For further information please email licensing@cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port CH65 0BA no later than 14 July 2025, 28 consecutive days from the day after the application was given to the Licensing Authority.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
