Notice is hereby given that Saffron Bloom Ltds has applied to Mole Valley District Council on 19th June 2025 for a new premises licence for Saffron Bloom 1 High Street Leatherhead KT22 8AA. The proposed application is to permit for the sale by retail of alcohol Sun - Thu 09:00 – 22:30 Fri – Sat 09:00 – 00:30 Provision of late night refreshments Fri 23:00 – 00:30 Sat 23:00 00:30 Recorded music Fri 09:00 – 00:30 Sat 09:00 – 00:30.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 17th July 2025 (28 days the day after the application is received by the licensing department) stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Officer, Mole Valley District Council, Pippbrook, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1SJ, or by emailing licensing@molevalley.gov.uk. 
The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.molevalley.gov.uk. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. 

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fee for which a person is liable assuming conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale.
