I/We, JACK'S OF WHALLEY LTD. TRADING AS DELICIO DELI hereby give notice that I/we have applied for a premises licence in respect of 43 KING STREET WHALLEY, CLITHEROE, LANCASHIRE, BB7 9SP.
The licence is to allow SALE OF ALCOHOL FOR CONSUMPTION ON AND OFF THE PREMISES 10:00 TO 19:00, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK.

Any Responsible Authority or Other Person who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to
the Licensing Officer (Alcohol & Entertainment), Ribble Valley Borough Council, Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe BB7 2RA or by email to

licensing@ribblevalley.gov.uk

no later than 22/07/2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
