TAKE NOTICE that I, Connor McCallion of 11 Mangan Court, Derry City, intend to apply to the Magistrate's Court Sitting at The Courthouse, Bishop Street, Derry City, on the 9th day of July, 2025, to apply for the transfer to me of a Licence for the premises at:
The Bowery Bar, 58-60 Ferguson Street, Derry City, which are premises of a kind specified in Article 5 (1) (a).
A-Protection Order authorising Connor McCallion of 11 Mangan Court, Derry City to carry on the business under the Licence was granted on the 28th day of February 2025, the Magistrates Court sitting at Derry Courthouse, Bishop Street, Derry City, for the period of 6 months until 28th August 2025.
Connor McCallion owns the business carried on under the Licence:
The owner of the premises is Sean Jackson, 19 Thornhill Park, Derry City.
The Licence will be deposited with the Clerk of Petty Sessions before or at the hearing of this Application.
