What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Eni Land Ltd to the
Licensing Authority of Portsmouth City Council for a
Premises Licence for The Pavilion, Thirty Two Acres,
Eastern Road, Farlington, Portsmouth, PO6 1UW. The
application is to permit both indoors and outdoors: the sale
of alcohol for consumption on the premises from 1000 until
midnight Monday to Saturday and 1000 until 2300 on
Sundays; live and recorded music, performance of dance
and anything similar 1000 until midnight Monday to
Saturday and 1000 until 2300 on Sundays and late-night
refreshment until 0030 Monday to Saturday. All licensable
activities outdoors will cease by 2300 on any day. Full
details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of
the Licensing Authority at Portsmouth City Council, Civic
Offices, Guildhall Square, Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO1
2AL. A responsible authority or any other person can make
written representations to the Licensing Authority at
any time up to and including 17th July 2025

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
