Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence Under Section 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 17th June 2025 Wellington Pub Company Ltd applied to City and County of Swansea Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Park Inn, 25 Park Street, Mumbles Swansea SA3 4DA.
The proposed licensable activities are;-
1. The supply of alcohol on Mondays to Saturday between the hours of 10.00 to 00.00 and Sundays between the hours of 10.00 and 23.30.
2. To permit playing of recorded music on Mondays to Saturdays between the hour of 10.00 and 00.30 and Sundays between the hours of 10.00 and 00.00.
3. To permit certain extensions to the above.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- City and County of Swansea, Licensing Division, Environment Department, Civic Centre, Oystermouth Road, Swansea SA1 3SN email Evh.licensing@swansea.gov.uk no later than the 15th July 2025 stating the grounds for representations.
The register of City and County of Swansea Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above Council address during normal business hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
