What is proposed?

Section 17 Licensing Act 2003: Application for a new Premises Licence

I/We: Smartrex Development Limited have Applied to: Exeter City Council for a New Premises Licence for: St Thomas Premier Express and Post Office, 20 Cowick Street, Exeter, Devon EX4 1AL 

Licensable activities and accompanying hours applied for are: Supply of Alcohol for Off-Premises consumption: Mon-Sun (06:00-00:00). 

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by: 15 July 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Authority at Exeter City Council, The Civic Centre, Paris Street, Exeter EX1 1JN Or email: licensing.team@exeter.gov.uk 

The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or online on https://exeter.gov.uk/licensing/licences-and-applications/applications-in-progress/ 

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
