Havelock Street - Application for a New Premises Licence
What is proposed?
PUBLIC NOTICE - LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given, that Rama Modhwadia has made an application to Leicester City Council for a new premises licence at 103 Havelock Street, Leicester, LE2 7HA under the above Act.
The application is to apply to authorise the following licensable activities: The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises with proposed licensed hours as follows: Mon-Sun, 24 Hours (service hatch during hours of 11pm-6am).
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Officer, City Hall, 115 Charles Street, Leicester, LE1 1FZ not later than 11th July 2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
