What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marks and Spencer PLC to the Licensing Authority of Bath & North-East Somerset Council for a Premises Licence for Marks & Spencer, 17 Southgate Place, Bath BA1 1AP. The application includes the following terms:- To permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises and on (customer café) 0700 to 2300 each day & from 0600 to 0000 the week preceding Christmas Day each day/year.

Any representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and 21 July 2025.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.

The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
