What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES
NOTICE is given that I, Mr Kevin Smith, have applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence issued to Drinks & Ink, 86 High St, Maltby,
Rotherham, S66 7BN.
The application seeks consent to vary the Premises Licence so as to:
1. Change the opening hours of the premises to 0900hrs to 0000hrs every day of the week (currently 0900hrs to 2300 hrs every day of the week), with an extension until 0100hrs on New Years Eve into New Years Day.
2. Change the terminal hour with regard to the sale of alcohol to 2330hrs everyday of the week (currently 2230hrs every day of the week) with an extension until 0030hrs on New Years Eve into New Years Day.
3. Change the supply of alcohol to include consumption both on and off the premises
(currently for consumption on the premises only).
4. Change the times for provision of recorded music and live music to align with the amended opening hours.
5. Addition of authorisation for provision of late night refreshment until 0000hrs every day of the week, with an extension until 0100hrs on New Years Eve into New Years Day.
6. Amendment to the internal layout of the premises as indicated on the plan provided
with the application.
