NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
NOTICE is given that TBO Limited has applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Unit C1, Olive Lane, Catcliffe, Rotherham, S60 8AS. The application seeks consent to allow the sale of alcohol from 12 noon on Monday to Thursday to 11pm, Friday & Saturday to 12 midnight and Sunday to 10.30pm.
The provision of late night refreshment from 11pm on Friday & Saturday to 12 midnight.
It is open to any person to make representations to the application. Representations, which can be for or against the application, should be delivered to the Licensing Manager, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham, S60 1AE or emailed to
