Notice of Application for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act
2003
Ghulam Mujtaba is applying for the Grant of a Premises Licence for 89-91 Westgate End, Wakefield WF2 9RL. The Licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take place: Provision of regulated entertainment and the sale of late night refreshments between the hours of: Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 02:00.

Persons wishing to inspect the application may do so between the hours of 10.00 – 15.00 Monday to Friday.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
