What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE SECTION 17 - LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT: Dolcetto Ltd has applied to Hertsmere Borough Council for a premises licence at: Dolcetto Restaurant, 72 High Road, Bushey Heath, WD23 1GE.

The proposed licensable activities and their times are: the sale and supply of alcohol Tuesday to Sunday 12:00 - 22:00.

A copy of the application can be viewed by appointment at The Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1WA. Representations relating to the effect of this application on the licensing objectives may be made in writing to Licensing Authority in writing no later than midnight on: 14 JULY 2025. Representations can be sent addressed to the licensing team at the above address or by email to: licensing.services@hertsmere.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. To do so could result in 6 months imprisonment and/or an unlimited fine.
