Notice is hereby given that Craig Spencer has applied to Guildford Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence authorising the licensable activities detailed below:
Live amplified Music, Recorded Amplified Music, Dancing Sale of alcohol. Thurs 4th Sept 2025 14.00 - 19.00 • Friday 5th Sept 2025 12.00 - 19.00 • Saturday 6th September 11.00 - 22.00 for the premises Stoke Park, situated at Stoke Park, Nightingale Road Guildford GU1 1ES.
A register of licensing applications can be inspected at the Licensing Unit, the Council Offices, Millmead House, Millmead, Guildford, Surrey, GU2 4BB between 10.00 amand 4.00 pm Monday to Friday or on our website atwww.quildford.gov.uk/la03applications.
Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the Council address shown above, or by e-mail to:licensing@guildford.gov.uk giving in detail the grounds of objection by 16/07/2025.
The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
