NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LICENCE

Mano Coffee, 25 George Street, Luton, LU1 2AF
I, Marenglen Mano, of 25 George Street Luton LU1 2AF am applying for the Variation of a Premises Licence. If granted, the licence will enable the following to take place:
-Amending condition 4 in Annex 3 from ‘Spirits will only be provided with coffees and not supplied separately’ to ‘Serving spirits independently’.
-Amending permitted hours for supply of alcohol from 11:00 to 22:00 Monday to Sunday, to 10:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday on the premises only.
-Adding provision of regulated entertainment between the hours of 19:00 to 23:00 Thursday to Saturday on and off the premises.
Person wishing to make representation in respect of this application may do so by writing to licensing Department, Luton Borough Council, Town hall, Luton, Beds, LU1 2BQ, within 28 days from the date of this notice. A copy of the Application also kept at the above address and may be viewed during normal office hours.
It is offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is a level 5 fine on the standard scale.
