Licensing Act 2003 - Application For A Premises Licence

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Sycamore Farm Park Ltd to East Lindsey District Council in respect of premises known as Sycamore Farm Park which are situated at Sycamore Farm Park, Chalk Lane, Burgh Le Marsh PE24 5HN
The licensable activity, which it is proposed to carry on at the premises, is as follows:
Supply of alcohol off premises,
Monday to Saturday 09.00 hrs to 20.00hrs
Sundays 09.00hrs to 18.00hrs
The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council, The Hub, Mareham Road, Horncastle, LN9 6PH by prior appointment (email:

licensing@e-lindsey.gov.uk)

during normal office hours.
Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing (or by email) to the Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council at the above address by 14th July 2025
Date of notice: 16th June 2025

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
