What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR
VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE
UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
PREMISES: Potting Shed, Oxford Road,
Guiseley, Leeds, LS20 8AA. Notice is given
that Amber Taverns Ltd has applied to Leeds
City Council for a VARIATION under the
Licensing Act 2003. The Variation is: To alter the
internal structure of the premises in accordance
with the plans submitted, to remove the catering
kitchen to form part of the licenced area.
Anyone who wishes to make representations
regarding this application must give notice in
writing to: Entertainment Licensing Leeds City
Council, Civic Hall, Leeds LS1 1UR or via email
to: entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk
Representation should be received no later than
15/07/2025. The Application Record and
Register maybe viewed during normal office
hours at the address above
(www.leeds.gov.uk) It is an offence knowingly
or recklessly to make a false statement in
connection with an application and the maximum
fine for which carries a person is liable on
conviction for this offence is an unlimited fine.
