Notice of application for a Premises Licence Notice is given that McDonald's
Restaurants Limited has applied to Gravesham & Medway Shared Licensing
Service on 18th June 2025 for a premises licence for McDonald’s Restaurants, Unit 34 Dockside Outlet Centre, Maritime Way, Chatham Maritime, Chatham, ME4 3ED for the provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 23:00 and 05:00 Mondays to Sundays for consumption on and off the premises.

Any person wishing to view details of the application may contact the Licensing Partnership. Full details of the application and plans can be viewed during normal hours of business at :- Gravesham & Medway Shared Licensing Service, Civic Centre, Windmill Street, Gravesend, Kent, DA12 1AU.

Any interested party who wishes to make a representation about this application should do so in writing to the above address or by sending an e-mail to licensing@gravesham.gov.uk no later than 16th July 2025.

Note: It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003,to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.

A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
