What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003: GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

APPLICAN: Gosforth 4 Ltd PREMISES: Pepe’s, 129-131 High Street, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 1HA NOTICE is given that an application has been made for a new premises licence, to trade as a restaurant and as follows: (1) Late Night Refreshment 23:00 to 02:00 on Friday and Saturday; and, (2) Opening 11:30 to 02:00 Friday and Saturday and 11:30 to 23:00 on all other days. An operating schedule and conditions accompany the application. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to The Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety, Regulation and Development, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8QH or licensing@newcastle.gov.uk. 

Representations must be received by 15th July 2025. The Application Record and Register may be viewed at http://portal. newcastle.gov.uk It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. 

A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
