What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Permanently Unique Group Limited has applied to Westminster City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Fenix, 80 Piccadilly, Mayfair, London, W1J 8HX. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are : Sale of alcohol (on & off premises) and Regulated Entertainment in the form of films, live music and recorded music (indoors) 09:00 to 01:00 the following morning Monday to Sunday; Late Night Refreshment (indoors & outdoors) 23:00 to 01:00 the following morning Monday to Sunday; Opening hours 09:00 to 01:30 the following morning Monday to Sunday. Additional non standard timing for all licensable activities and opening hours for an extension from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day and for opening hours only on the commencement of British Summertime, the terminal hour shall be extended by one hour. Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Service, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, SW1E 6QP or by email to licensing@westminster.gov.uk no later than 10 July 2025 stating the grounds for representation. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
