What is proposed?

Application has been made by The Good Eating Company Limited to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Camden to vary the Premises Licence for The Orangery at GSK HQ, 79 New Oxford Street, London, WC1A 1DG. The application includes the following terms:- 1. To vary the sale of alcohol activity to provide for consumption off the premises. 2. To enable Regulated Entertainment in the form of Live music to be provided at the premises between 07:00 and 23:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00 and 23:00 Saturday and Sunday. 3. To amend a condition of the Premises Licence as detailed in the application. 4. To extend the licensed area as depicted in the plans submitted with the application.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 7 July 2025 (www.camden.gov.uk)
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
