Notice of application for a new Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that CAPITAL BARS FRANKWELL LTD has applied for a new Premises Licence at ROWLEY’S MANSION COURTYARD,
BARKER STREET, SHREWSBURY SY1 1QJ to undertake the following licensable activities:‐


* Supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises 11:00 until 23:00 Monday to Friday.

* Late night refreshment (takeaway food) 23:00 until 03:00 Sunday to Thursday, 23:00 until 05:00 Friday to Saturday.

Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing to the Licensing Team on

licensing@shropshire.gov.uk

or to Shropshire Council, Shirehall, AbbeyForegate, Shrewsbury, SY2 6ND no later than 14th July 2025.

or at the above address during normal office hours by arrangement with the Licensing Team.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
