What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003

Notice of application on 12 June 2025 to Newcastle City Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence by Greggs PLC for Greggs, Terminal Building, Newcastle Airport, Woolsington, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE13 8BZ to remove all existing conditions under annex 2 (including appendix 1 ‘section P’) and replace them with up-to-date conditions, and update the internal layout plan.

 Any representations in respect of the application in writing to Licensing Authority at Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH; or to licensing@newcastle.gov.uk by 10 July 2025. 

A record of the application can be inspected at the Council offices (above) during office hours or via www.portal. newcastle.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
