PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

The Crown Estate has applied to Runnymede Borough Council (as Licensing Authority), for a licence to use the premises at Virginia Water Café, Virginia Water, Surrey, GU25 4QF for the sale of alcohol, 11:00-21:30 Monday to Sunday. Representations should be made in writing to The Licensing Manager, Runnymede Borough Council, Civic Centre, Station Road, Addlestone, Surrey, KT15 2 AH or by emailing licensing@runnymede. gov.uk by 10/07/2025. It is an offence, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale on summary of conviction.
