What is proposed?

(Miscellaneous Provisions) (NI) Order 1985

Take notice that application dated 17th June
2025 has been made under Article 3, Schedule
1 of the above Order for the renewal of an
Entertainments Licence permitting: A theatrical
performance; Dancing, singing or music or any
other entertainment of a like kind at The Palace
Demesne, Friary Road, Armagh, BT60 4EN.
Representations in relation to the application
may be made by giving notice to the Chief
Executive of Armagh City Banbridge and
Craigavon Borough Council, stating in general
terms the nature of the representation, not later
than 28 days after the date of the application.
