What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE – LICENSING ACT 2003

Take notice that Star Pubs Trading Limited has applied to
Burnley Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 to
vary a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as
Bay Horse Inn, 17 Church Square, Worsthorne, Burnley,
BB10 3NH. The proposed variation is to amend the
licensing plan in accordance with the drawing which
accompanies the variation, and to include the rear former
stables/stores within the licensed area for the sale of alcohol
to be permitted from these. The place where the record of
the application may be inspected and where the register of
the Licensing Authority is kept can be found here:

An interested party or responsible authority may make a
representation in writing to The Principal Licensing Officer,
Burnley Borough Council Licensing Unit, 1st Floor Parker
Lane, Burnley, Lancashire, BB11 2DT or by email to

licensing@burnley.gov.uk

by 10th July 2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application and the
maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction
for this offence is an unlimited fine.
