Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence
To All Whom it May Concern
Take Notice that Rolling Smoke has made an application under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a Premises Licence for Rolling Smoke, 7-8 Holmes Market, Doncaster DN1 2NE. The application is to provide the following licensable activities:
Late night refreshment between 2300 to 0100 Monday to Sunday.
Extensions to the above hours are sought for certain nonstandard days, details of which are contained in the notice of application.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Authority: Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council, Licensing Civic Office, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3BU. Email:
Representations may only made for 28 days from the date of this Notice i.e. no later than, 08/07/2025.
A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 0900am to 1730pm, except bank holidays.
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement on or connection with an application which, upon conviction, carries an unlimited fine.
