NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES

LICENCE

PREMISES: Roadchef Watford Gap Service Area
(Northbound and Southbound) M1 Motorway Northampton
NN6 7UZ. Notice is given that Blue Boar Motorways Ltd
has applied to West Northants Council for a Premises
Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed
licensable activities are: 1. The sale of alcohol for
consumption off the premises from 08.00 until 23.00 daily;
2. The provision of late night refreshment from 23.00 until
05.00 daily. The premises are open 24 hours 7 days a week.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this

Representations must be received by 11 July 2025. The
register of Licensing Applications can be inspected by

application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
