What is proposed?
Notice of Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence Issued Under the Licensing Act 2003
NOTICE is given that I, Ms Zeynep Erdogan, have applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence in issued to Thorpe Coffee & Kitchen, 36 Brook Hill, Thorpe Hesley, Rotherham S61 2PY.
The application seeks consent to vary the Premises Licence so as to:
1. Allow the sale of alcohol for consumption ON & Off the premises on Monday to Saturday between 9:00am and 9.30pm; and on Sunday between 10:00am and 9.30pm.
2. Replace the layout plan of the premises; and
3. Add additional management control conditions.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
