NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE
TAKE NOTICE that I Adam Walton have applied to Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the Variation of a premises licence in respect of premises known as The Venue Barkisland Ltd, Unit 55, Branch Road, Barkisland, Halifax, HX40AD have applied for the following activities and times as stated below: Provision of live and recorded music outdoors from 9:00am to 20:00pm Monday - Sunday.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.

Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Registration and Licensing Manager, Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council, Town Hall, Crossley Street, Halifax, HX1 1UJ by 10.07.25.
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so by appointment at the above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
