PUBLIC NOTICE VARIATION TO A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003

An application has been made by Chez Polie Ltd for a Variation to a Premises Licence Premises – Chez Polie, 1A Rochford Lodge, The Boulevard, Highwood Village, Horsham, RH12 1FE.
The application seeks to – Extend the operating hours as follows: Supply of Alcohol Monday to Sunday – 09:00hrs to 21:00hrs Playing of Recorded Music Monday to Sunday – 09:00hrs to 21:00hrs Opening hours Monday to Sunday – 09:00hrs to 21:00hrs.

Representations can be made at any time between 6th May 2025 and 3rd July 2025 All representations must be in writing, including email, for the attention of the Alcohol Licensing Officer. It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.00.
