What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Caravan Club Limited to
the Licensing Authority of North Yorkshire Council
(Scarborough) to vary the Premises Licence for the Cayton
Village Caravan Park at Mill Lane, Cayton, Scarborough,
North Yorkshire, YO11 3NN. The application includes the
following terms:- 1. To include provision for consumption
of alcohol On the premises. 2. To extend the hours for sale
of alcohol from 09:00 until 20:00 hours daily for both On
and Off Sales. 3. To extend the opening hours of the
premises from 07:30 until 20:30 hours daily. 4. To extend
the licensed area as depicted on the plan attached with the
application. Full details of the Application can be viewed
at the offices of the Licensing Authority at North Yorkshire
Council (Scarborough), Town Hall, St. Nicholas Street,
Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 2HG. A responsible
authority or any other person can make written
representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up
to and including 2nd July 2025 (

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
