CIVIC GOVERNMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT, 1982 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A SEXUAL ENTERTAINMENT VENUE (‘SEV’) LICENCE
We Kaago Holdings Ltd, Oakwood House, Guildford Road, Bucks Green, Horsham, West Sussex RH12 3JJ hereby give notice that on 16/06/2025, I applied to The City of Edinburgh Council for the grant of a licence to operate a SEV at 2 Lauriston Street Edinburgh EH3 9DJ. If granted, it is intended that the premises will operate as a SEV on 7 days 11am – 1 am.
Anyone wishing to object or make representations about this application must do so in writing to the City of Edinburgh City Council at
not later than 28 days from the date of this notice and should specify the grounds of the objection
or representation, and their name and address.
