What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003:
New Grant of Premises Licence

Notice is given that Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited
applied to Leeds City Council on 12 June 2025 for the new
grant of a premises licence for Wingstop, Unit 11 and 11a,
The Springs, Thorpe Park Approach, Leeds, LS15 8GG for
the provision of: (1) retail sale of alcohol: Mon-Sun 10:00
to 02:00 (2) late night refreshment: Mon-Sun 23:00 to 02:00
(3) on such other terms and conditions as set out in the

application papers. Any person wishing to make represent-
ations to this application may do so by writing to Leeds City

Council, Entertainment Licensing Civic Hall, Leeds LS1
1UR or by email to

entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk

not later than 10 July 2025. Representations received after
this date cannot be considered.
A copy of the application is available on the Council’s
website

www.leeds.gov.uk

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
