NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LICENCE
I, Mariana Brown, of The Bricklayers Arms,16-18 High Town Road, Luton, LU2 0DD am applying for the Variation of a Premises Licence. If granted, the licence will enable the following to take place: Adding the provision showing films – Sunday to Thursday 12.00 to 23.00 and Friday to Saturday 12.00 to 00.00 – on and off the premises. Amending the hours of live music - Thursday 12.00 to 23.00, Friday and Saturday 12.00 to 00.00, Sunday 14.00 to 22.00 – on and off the premises. Adding the provision of recorded music – Sunday to Wednesday 10.00 to 00.00, and Thursday to Saturday 10.00 to 01.00 (the following day).
Adding anything of a similar description to Live Music, Recorded Music, and Performance of Dance – Monday to Sunday 10.00 to 00.00. Extending the hours of the supply of alcohol – Monday to Wednesday 10.00 to 00.00, and Thursday to Sunday 10.00 to 01.00 (the following day). Extending the opening hours of the premises – Monday to Wednesday 10.00 to 00.00 and, Thursday to Sunday 10.00 to 01.00 (the following day) Amendment to current plan on premises licence.
Persons wishing to make representations in respect of this application may do so by writing to: Licensing Service, Luton Borough Council, Town Hall, Luton, Beds, LU1 2BQ, within 28 days from the date of this notice. A copy of the Application is also kept at the above address and may be viewed during normal office hours or you can view our online register
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is a level 5 fine on standard scale.
