What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 10th June 2025 Big Fang Cardiff Ltd applied to Cardiff Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Golf Fang, Mary Ann Street, Cardiff CF10 2EN. The proposed variation is;- To delete a condition in order to permit accompanied under 18’s on 
the premises until 19.00. 

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, Licensing, Cardiff Council, County Hall, Cardiff CF10 4UW or by e-mail at licensing@cardiff.gov.uk no later than 8th July 2025 stating the grounds for representations. 

The register of Cardiff Council the record of the application may be inspected at the above Council address between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays). 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. 

The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
