What is proposed?

We Corum XL hereby give notice that I have applied for a variation to a premises licence in respect of Riddle And Rye, 223 - 226 High Street, Exeter, EX4 3LR

The licence is for the following licensable activities:
Sale of Alcohol Sunday - Wednesday 9am - 1am, Thursday - Saturday 9am - 3am
Late Night Refreshment Sunday - Wednesday 11pm - 1am, Thursday - Saturday 11pm - 2am
Recorded Music Monday - Wednesday 9am - 1am, Thursday - Saturday 9am - 3am, Sunday 10am - 2am

Further information can be viewed on the application at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Exeter City Council, The Civic Centre, Paris Street, Exeter EX1 1JN during normal office hours or at Applications in progress - Exeter City Council

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations to the Council about the application. Such representations must be in writing and must be made no later than 4th July 2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to unlimited fine.
