Application For A Premises Licence (Section 17 of the Act)

Name of Applicant: Dyson Estates Limited.

Postal address of premises: Dyson Village, Tetbury Hill, Malmesbury, SN16 0FQ.

The application, if granted, is to enable the following licensable activities on the Premise Licence:

  • Retail Sale of Alcohol (On & Off Sales): Monday to Sunday: 10:00 to 24:00

  • Regulated Entertainment: Monday to Sunday: 10:00 to 24:00

  • Late-Night Refreshment: Monday to Sunday: 23:00 to 24:00

  • Plus an additional 5, one day events, per year operating between 10:00 to 24:00, which will also include the outdoor areas.
