What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003, APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Lincoln Pride UK to City of Lincoln Council in respect of premises known as Orchard Street Car Park which are situated at Orchard Street, Lincoln, LN1 1DD.
The proposed licensed activity to be carried on at the premises is as follows:
Regulated entertainment and sale of alcohol - Friday to Sunday from 10am until 11pm.
This licence shall only be used on one occasion each calendar year for a maximum of 3 days.
The record of applications may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DD during normal office hours.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by 10/07/2025.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
