What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Malina Patisserie Ltd has applied to Brentwood Borough Council for a new Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as Malina Patisserie, 45 Kings Road, CM14 4DJ.

The application seeks to authorise the following licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol (for consumption on the premises), Provision of Regulated Entertainment (live and recorded music) Provision of Late Night Refreshment And for the following proposed hours:

Sale of Alcohol and Provision of Recorded Music: Tuesday - Thursday 9:00 - 16:00
Friday - Saturday 9 - 22:00 
Sunday 9:00 - 15:00
Provision of live Music:
Friday - Saturday 18:00 - 21:00

The Licensing Register, where details of the application may be inspected, is kept at the Town Hall, Ingrave Road, Brentwood, Essex, CM15 8AY. It can be inspected between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday and between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm Friday, excluding public holidays. Details are also provided on Brentwood Borough Council’s 
website at www.brentwood.gov.uk.

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address by 7th July, 2025.
