NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Yaatra Ltd has applied to WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL on 04 June 2025 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Yaatra 4 Greycoat Place London SW1P 1SB for the provision of late night refreshment Monday to Saturday 23:00 to 00:00 and the sale by retail of alcohol (On sales) Monday to Saturday 07:30 to 00:00 and Sundays 07:30 to 23:00 and Monday to Saturday (Off sales) 08:30 to 23:00 and Sundays 10:00 to 22:30, with non-standard timings, as more particularly set out in the application.
The application is made to reinstate the licence numbered 23/04763/LIPRW and is made on the exact same terms as that licence.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 02 July 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
