What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marston’s PLC to the Licensing Authority of Charnwood Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Railway Hotel at 160 Charnwood Road, Shepshed, Loughborough. LE12 9NR.

The application includes the following terms:- 

1. Variation to change the internal and external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority.
2. To amend conditionAnnex 2 – external live and recorded music. Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Charnwood Borough Council, Council Offices, Southfield Road, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE11 2TX. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the LicensingAuthority at any time up to and including 9th July 2025 (www.charnwood.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
