Notice is hereby given that FIENA BSKD LTD has applied to the London Borough of Camden for the grant of a premises licence to allow the use the premises situated at Fiena Cafe Unit 4 Medway Court, Judd Street London WC1H 9QX for: The provision of provision of late-night refreshment Monday to Thursday: 23:00 until 23:30 hours, Friday and Saturday: 23:00 until midnight and The sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Thursday: 10:00 until 23:30 hours, Friday and Saturday: 10:00 until midnight, Sunday: 11:00 am until 22:30 hours.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing no later than 2nd July 2025 stating the grounds for the representation to the London Borough of Camden Licensing Authority (Contact Camden), 5 Pancras Square, C/o Town Hall, Judd Street, London WC1H 9JE or online at www.camden.gov.uk The register of applications can be viewed online by visiting www.camden.gov.uk Members of the public who do not have access to the Internet can view the applications at the above address.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
