What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Walter's Alston Limited to the Licensing Authority of Westmorland and Furness for a Premises Licence for the Alston Wines at Front Street, Alston, CA9 3SE.

The application includes the following terms:- 1. To enable the sale of alcohol (On and Off Sales) between 10:00 and 22:30 daily, with the premises to close 30mins later. 2. To enable the sale of alcohol and recorded music for extended hours on limited days as specified in the application.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 30 June 2025 www.westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
