What is proposed?
S34 LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Courtier Ltd have applied to Wiltshire Council to vary the Premises Licence at Rak’s Café & Bar, 2 Bridge Street, SALISBURY SP1 2LX in the following terms:
Provide Live & Recorded Music and Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 until 02:00hrs on Fridays, Saturdays, Valentine’s Day, Hallowe’en, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, Bank Holidays and Sundays before Bank Holidays.
Extend the On & Off Sales of Alcohol from 10:00 to 23:00hrs Sunday to Thursday and until 01:30hrs on Fridays, Saturdays, Valentine’s Day, Hallowe’en, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, Bank Holidays and Sundays before Bank Holidays.

Any representations by a Responsible Authority/Interested Party or other persons must be received in writing by 8th July 2025 via email to publicprotectionnorth@wiltshire.gov.uk or in writing to The Licensing Authority, Wiltshire Council, Public Protection, County Hall, Bythesea Road, TROWBRIDGE BA14 8JN.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
