What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
AG Parfett & Sons Ltd have applied to Eastleigh Borough Council for a new premises licence for Parfetts Cash & Carry, 113 Tollbar Way, Hedge Way, SO30 2UH as follows: To permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises only between the hours of 06:00 and 22:00 hours daily.
Full details of the application may be inspected by contacting Southampton and Eastleigh Licensing Partnership, Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LY or Eastleigh House, Upper Market Street, Eastleigh SO50 9YN between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or online at www.eastleigh.gov.uk/la03registers. Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 3rd July 2025 or by email to: licensing@eastleigh.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
